Buyer's Tips
Do keep all financial records available for
your bank statements, 401k’s and IRA’s.
Do shop for homeowners insurance and call the agent’s name and number to the
Mortgage Company and Title Company.
Do update our office of any changes to your sales price or closing.
Do keep copies of all canceled checks used for earnest money or for your
transaction to the seller/builder and the Mortgage Company.
Do notify us of any changes of address or employment.
Do keep most recent 2 years tax returns available along with most recent pay
stubs.
Do bring cashiers check to closing made payable to the Title Company. You may
also wire moneys to the Title Company.
Do not open any new bank accounts or move your money from one account to the
other without first calling your lender.
Do not open any new loans or apply for any new credit ( this includes credit
cards, or lines of credits). Or allow other companies to
check your credit, as
this will lower your credit score and may disqualify you for this loan.
